Background
I am a development-oriented expert in leadership, education and the way people think. My expertise is based on hands-on experience in a variety of leadership roles, as well as work in education and research at professional and academic levels.
I have led the development of educational institutions and various companies, planned and prepared operational processes and administrated the planning and execution of different projects. In addition, I have very strong expertise in economic processes, and as a chief financial officer I have led a client company network of 400 people and worked as the operative leader in companies, organizations and associations.
I know the field of education and its challenges very well, and I have experience from various educational institutions in Finland, Switzerland, Ireland and Italy. As a development director, I have specialized in leading change in particular, and I have also written my doctoral thesis on it and studied it in postdoctoral research projects.
My areas of expertise include human resource management and related business development, organizational changes and organizational development, as well as cognitive psychology, the way humans think, decision-making and the legal, financial and psychological dimensions of ownership.
As a person, I am hard-working, goal-oriented and solution-oriented. In my work, I consider reliability, self-direction and taking initiative important. As a leader I am first and foremost a leader of people, and I want to focus especially on good and encouraging leadership. As an expert, I combine strong practical knowledge and academic expertise. I am pleasant, open, social and always ready to develop myself as a person and as a professional.
